An update on recent developments and highlights in food allergy
Recent publication
In 2019, the research group led by Dr Thomas Eiwegger, Head of the Department of Paediatrics, published a summary of recent developments in food allergy. The updated review article has now been published in the European Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology, focusing on alternative, less intensive treatment approaches with the use of biologics, adjuvants and tolerance-induced formulations for improved immunotherapy.
